Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Intern, you will be responsible for connecting with local cosmetic shops, beauty stores, wholesalers, and retailers to promote and sell The Cocofond products in bulk.
This role is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure to field sales, client acquisition, and startup growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with cosmetic shops, beauty stores, and retailers
- Reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Present The Cocofond products and explain their benefits to store owners
- Generate bulk sales opportunities and onboard new retail partners
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and sales progress
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with potential distributors and retailers
- Meet weekly sales and outreach targets
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and retailers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must have a personal mobile/laptop with internet connectivity
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling is a plus
Compensation
- This is an unpaid internship
- Interns will receive a 2% commission on every successful product sale generated by them
- Higher performance may lead to increased incentives and future opportunities with the company
