Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales - HORECA Professional at Zouma Consulting Services' Panchkula location. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sector, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. The individual will oversee customer management, negotiate contracts, provide customized solutions, and deliver product training to clients as required. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring exceptional customer service will be core aspects of this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop and execute effective strategies
- Experience in Training clients or team members on products, services, or sales techniques
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple clients and priorities
- Prior experience in the HORECA sector or B2B sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
