Role Description
This is a full-time on-site B2B Sales role based in Gurugram for freshers. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching VENERA CONNECT’s communication solutions, and managing client relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting follow-ups, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires candidates to maintain a thorough understanding of company services to effectively meet client needs and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactive approach to sales, including lead generation and cold calling
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
