Manufacturing environments depend on the smooth functioning of machines, production equipment, tools, IT infrastructure, and facility assets. Folonite enables organizations to track asset lifecycle, schedule maintenance, reduce downtime, and maintain full operational visibility across factories and plants.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced B2B enterprise sales professionals who can independently manage the complete sales cycle for manufacturing clients.
Role Overview
This is a commission-based role for experienced enterprise sales professionals who can manage end-to-end sales for software solutions targeted at manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial organizations.
You will be responsible for handling qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, demonstrating the product, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
Conduct discovery calls with key stakeholders such as:
- Plant Managers
- Operations Heads
- Maintenance Managers
- IT Heads
- Procurement Teams
- Factory Owners or Directors
Deliver product demonstrations highlighting:
- Equipment and machinery tracking
- Preventive maintenance scheduling
- Asset lifecycle management
- Inventory and spare parts management
- Audit and compliance tracking
- Multi-factory asset visibility
Manage follow-ups and objection handling
Coordinate product trials or pilot deployments if required
Negotiate commercials and finalize contracts
Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and deal updates
Requirements
Prior experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, EAM, CMMS, or industrial technology solutions to manufacturing companies
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, plant management, or industrial procurement processes
Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers such as:
- Plant heads
- Operations managers
- Maintenance teams
- IT departments
- Procurement teams
Experience managing long B2B sales cycles and multiple follow-ups
Self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Comfortable working on a commission-based sales structure
Compensation Model
Commission per closed deal: Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 25,000
Payment released immediately after successful deal closure and client payment received
No fixed salary
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Once you completed 20+ deals, you will be shifted to fixed salary role.
This role is ideal for professionals who already have connections within manufacturing companies, factories, or industrial organizations and can independently manage and close deals.
