Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a B2B Sales Executive - Field. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The position requires regular interaction with trade and corporate channels to strengthen partnerships and facilitate long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
- 5-6 Daily Visits to clients locations.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presentations and customer interactions
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying opportunities and addressing challenges
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in B2B sales or field sales is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
