Role Description
This is a full-time, 0-3 years of experience , on-site role based in New Delhi for a B2B Sales Executive in the EdTech sector. The B2B Sales Executive will identify and engage with potential clients, build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions, and promote Avishkaar's programs and products. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, pitching solutions, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless product delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, account management, and client relationship building
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the education industry and familiarity with edtech products and services
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively
- Passion for education and technology; ability to understand and articulate the benefits of Avishkaar’s offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Experience in working with schools or institutional sales is a plus
