Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a B2B Sales Executive specializing in CRM sales. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective B2B clients, pitching CRM solutions tailored to client needs, and negotiating contracts. Additional duties involve managing a sales pipeline, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction. The position requires proactive outreach and regular client engagement to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, CRM Sales, or related fields, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales funnels, and lead management strategies.
- Ability to analyze client needs and customize solutions effectively to meet their business objectives.
- Experience in negotiation, closing deals, and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the IT training or education sector is an advantage.
