Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving business growth by identifying and onboarding corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include creating sales proposals, conducting presentations, managing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The role will also involve liaising with the internal team to align customer requirements with offerings effectively.

πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, exhibitions, referrals & corporate visits
β’ Connect with corporates, retail stores, gifting studios, event companies & reseller networks
β’ Pitch products, conduct client meetings, and close business opportunities
β’ Manage client relationships, repeat orders & after-sales coordination
β’ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution & timely deliveries
β’ Maintain CRM, sales trackers, reports & pipeline updates
πΉ Desired Skills:
β Strong communication & presentation skills
β Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition & deal closures
β Knowledge of retail/corporate gifting sales preferred
β Go-getter attitude with strong follow-up skills
β Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Office
π Qualification: Any Graduate
