Job DescriptionWhat are we looking for:
• A natural salesperson with exceptional communication skills — someone who can walk into any room, build instant rapport, and walk out with a deal
• Someone who understands the B2B sales cycle and knows how to move a conversation from cold outreach to closed contract
• A self-starter who can identify and pursue new B2B opportunities independently, without needing a playbook to follow
• Experience in corporate sales, gifting, events, or institutional sales is strongly preferred
• Highly organised and process-oriented — able to manage a large pipeline of leads and follow-ups without things falling through the cracks
• Comfortable working with HR teams, procurement heads, event planners, and other business decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial in nature, with high energy and a drive to hit and exceed targets
What are your responsibilities?
Corporate Gifting
• Identify and prospect corporates looking for curated gifting solutions for festivals, milestones, employee recognition programmes, and client gifting
• Build and pitch customised gifting packages from SALTY’s catalogue — tailored to the client’s budget, occasion, and brand preferences
• Negotiate volume pricing, packaging requirements, and timelines to close bulk orders
• Build long-term relationships with procurement and admin teams at corporates to drive repeat business
Events & Bridesmaid Gifting
• Crack partnerships with wedding planners, event management companies, and bridal studios to position SALTY as the go-to gifting brand for bridesmaids and wedding guests
• Develop tailored gifting proposals for weddings, pre-wedding functions, and large social events
• Build a strong network within the wedding and events industry to generate consistent inbound referrals
• Work with the marketing team to create collateral and lookbooks specifically designed for event-based gifting pitches
HR & Employee Engagement Packages
• Engage directly with HR teams across companies to pitch SALTY’s accessories as part of employee engagement, onboarding, and celebration packages
• Design and propose seasonal and occasion-based packages — Women’s Day, Diwali, work anniversaries, team celebrations, and more
• Build relationships with HR decision-makers to secure recurring annual contracts rather than one-off orders
• Stay updated on HR gifting trends and employee wellness programmes to identify new pitch opportunities
B2B Online Channel Partnerships
• Identify and crack deals with B2B online gifting platforms, curated marketplaces, and corporate procurement portals to list SALTY as a preferred brand
• Negotiate listing terms, commission structures, and co-marketing opportunities with platform partners
• Manage these channel relationships on an ongoing basis — ensuring catalogue updates, order fulfilment coordination, and performance reviews
• Explore and onboard new digital B2B channels that align with SALTY’s positioning and growth targets
Pipeline Management & Reporting
• Build and maintain a structured CRM-based pipeline of all leads, opportunities, and active accounts
• Set and track monthly and quarterly B2B revenue targets — reporting progress clearly to the leadership team
• Follow up diligently on proposals, samples, and pending decisions to keep deals moving forward
• Gather client feedback post-order to improve future pitches, packaging, and product selection
• Identify patterns across successful deals to build scalable playbooks for the B2B sales channel
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, institutional sales, or key account management
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — you will be the face of SALTY in every B2B conversation
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Existing network within corporates, HR teams, or the wedding and events industry is a strong plus
• Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person meetings, and presentations to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in maintaining CRM tools, preparing proposals, and tracking pipeline data
• This is a work-from-office role — you should be willing to travel to Okhla, Delhi, and visit clients as needed
