We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our B2B outreach for financial literacy programs. The role involves connecting with schools, colleges, NGOs, training institutes, corporates, CSR teams, and educational organizations to introduce our financial literacy solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or beginner-level sales professionals who are passionate about education, financial awareness, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to schools, colleges, NGOs, CSR teams, and institutions
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Schedule product demos and meetings for senior sales/team leads
- Explain Finosophy’s financial literacy offerings to prospective clients
- Maintain client database and follow-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with educational and institutional partners
- Achieve monthly outreach and lead generation targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in speaking with institutional clients
- Interest in education, EdTech, finance, or CSR initiatives
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
