Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive, based in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential B2B clients, maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in B2B sales
- Excellent market research and strategic business development capabilities
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and report preparation
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the mining and metals industry is a strong advantage
