What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound cold calling and lead generation
- Research and identify potential clients across industries
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored digital marketing solutions
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the internal team on client acquisition strategies
What We're Looking For
- 4 - 6 years of B2B sales or cold calling experience (international markets preferred)
- Excellent spoken English confident, clear, and persuasive on calls
- Self-motivated with a hunger to hit targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, web design) is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
