We are a fast-growing digital agency specializing in website development, AI solutions, and comprehensive marketing services. We are looking for an ambitious B2B Appointment Setter to join our Ranchi team and help us connect with businesses that need our digital expertise.
If you know how to navigate LinkedIn, craft compelling cold emails, and confidently speak with decision-makers, we want you on our team!
What You Will Do:
- Prospect & Outreach: Use LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to identify and connect with ideal B2B clients.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with founders, CEOs, and marketing directors to understand their business needs and qualify them for our services.
- Book Meetings: Successfully schedule discovery calls and appointments for our closing team.
- Manage CRM: Keep meticulous records of all outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
- Pipeline Building: Consistently follow up with prospects to keep the sales pipeline full and active.
Whom We Are Looking For:
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills (essential for B2B outreach).
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or telecalling (experience in a digital agency or tech/SaaS environment is a massive plus).
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM software.
- A resilient, goal-oriented mindset that doesn't get discouraged by the word "no."
- A basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, and AI tools to converse intelligently with prospects.
