Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive

We are a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, and corporate gifting solutions, known for quality craftsmanship and customized designs. As we expand our client base in Gurugram, we are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing us in client meetings across Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate and institutional sectors
✅ Meet sales targets through consultative selling and client relationship management
✅ Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations
✅ Maintain up-to-date client records and sales reports
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
✅ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements:
✔ Male / Female candidates.
✔ Experience: 2–4 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in B2B industries.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Willingness to travel locally within Gurugram for client meetings.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Salary & Benefits:
�� Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (maximum, depending on experience)
�� Attractive incentive structure.
�� Travel expenses will be reimbursed for client meetings
