Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales role based in Delhi, India, with opportunities across multiple locations including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Jaipur, Kanpur, Indore, Agra, and Ahmedabad. The B2B Sales professional will identify, approach, and acquire new business customers such as dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers for UG4’s home electronics portfolio. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales to achieve assigned targets. The role includes regular market visits, tracking competitor activities, and gathering customer feedback to support product positioning and marketing initiatives. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, after-sales support, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with business clients, understand their needs, and provide responsive support.
- Proven Sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in consumer durables or home electronics, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training, including pipeline management, basic forecasting, and the ability to guide channel partners or junior team members.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships, negotiate effectively, and handle objections with a solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Comfort with field-based work, frequent client visits, and travel across assigned territories (Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Jaipur / Kanpur / Indore / Agra / Ahmedabad).
- Working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent tools and basic CRM usage to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
