Required Skill Set:
- Strong focus on new business acquisition through pure hunting and outbound sales strategies
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch using cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience in acquiring enterprise clients by engaging with HR and L&D stakeholders and understanding training needs
- End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, with consistent achievement of revenue targets
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and revenue generation
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to design customised learning solutions
- Skilled at establishing entry points within enterprise accounts to drive long-term opportunities

- 100% focus on new business acquisition (hunter mindset is mandatory)
- Ability to independently generate and qualify leads with minimal reliance on inbound channels
- Strong capability to penetrate enterprise accounts and create opportunities
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- High energy, resilience, and comfort with outbound sales environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
- Preference for candidates from EdTech / Training / L&D solution-selling backgrounds
- Based in Bangalore or open to relocation
