About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our B2B sales team as a Business Development Executive.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the world of B2B sales—from identifying potential clients to initiating conversations and supporting deal closures. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and learn how real sales pipelines are built.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and build a strong foundation in sales.
What You’ll Do
- Identify & research potential business clients
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages to initiate conversations
- Understand client needs and help qualify opportunities
- Support the sales team with meetings, proposals, and demos
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
- Build relationships with prospects and follow up consistently
- Work towards monthly targets for outreach and lead generation
What We’re Looking For
- Education: MBA preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- A self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort with outbound outreach and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM tools are a plus
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
