Role Overview
We are looking for a well-connected B2B Sales professional focused exclusively on the architect community. This role will drive business growth by building strong relationships with architects and getting our products specified in key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with architects across Mumbai
- Drive product specifications in residential and commercial projects
- Leverage existing architect network to generate and close business opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and engagement sessions with architects
- Track ongoing projects and ensure conversion from specification to sales
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
Key Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in architect-led B2B sales
- Strong and active network of architects in Mumbai (must-have)
- Proven experience in driving sales through architect specifications
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
- Highly self-driven and target-oriented
