Key Responsibilities
● Design and manage end-to-end revenue workflows across lead generation, sales, onboarding, and retention
● Identify, approach and onboard B2B clients and strategic partners
● Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a unified revenue system
● Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics
● Build and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation
● Define lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and handoff processes
● Support sales teams with dashboards and insights
● Collaborate with marketing to optimize funnels
● Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution models
● Implement automation using workflows, CRM tools, and integrations
Requirements
● 0-1 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
● Understanding of B2B SaaS sales and revenue models
● Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
● Strong understanding of sales funnels and metrics
● Familiarity with automation tools or no-code platforms is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
● Graduation in any discipline; strong communication skills essential
