The role involves working with businesses such as automobile dealerships, dealer groups, EV companies, NBFCs, fintechs, distributors, digital platforms, corporate networks and other businesses with large customer bases.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and meetings to proposal discussions, commercial negotiations, onboarding and account activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients across target industries and geographies.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, referrals, market visits, LinkedIn, industry networks and existing databases.
- Connect with business owners, CXOs, sales heads, channel heads and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings and understand the client's business model, customer journey and potential use cases.
- Present relevant EmbedSure/Infinra solutions according to the client's requirements.
- Develop customized product propositions and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage follow-ups and drive opportunities from initial discussion to commercial closure.
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate agreement/documentation closure.
- Work closely with Product, Operations and Technology teams for partner onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear next steps and expected closure timelines.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to increase business volumes.
- Track market developments, competitor offerings and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new partner acquisition, activation and business volumes.
Target Customer Segments
The role may involve developing partnerships across:
- Automobile dealerships and dealer groups
- Two-wheeler, three-wheeler and four-wheeler businesses
- Electric Vehicle manufacturers and dealer networks
- NBFCs and lending institutions
- Fintech and digital platforms
- Banks and financial-services businesses
- Automobile service centres and aftermarket networks
- Distributors and large merchant networks
- Corporate and employee-benefit ecosystems
- Healthcare and wellness businesses
- Digital marketplaces and membership platforms
Infinra currently supports businesses in creating programs across areas including Mobility Assistance, Health & Medical Assistance, Home & Lifestyle Assistance, Device Care and customized bundled assistance programs.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales or Partnerships.
- Salary Bracket-3 to 7 L plus Incentives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field meetings and client visits.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-growing organization.

- Basic understanding of CRM/pipeline management and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries would be preferred:
Automobile | EV | Fintech | NBFC | Insurance/Insurtech | SaaS | Employee Benefits | Healthcare | Payments | B2B Services | Dealer Networks | Channel Sales
Prior experience selling solutions to automobile dealerships, SMEs, financial institutions or large distribution networks would be an added advantage.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Loves meeting and talking to businesses.
- Can open doors rather than only work on inbound leads.
- Has strong ownership of follow-ups.
