Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate B2B Content Writer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a deep understanding of digital marketing and content strategy. This role requires someone who can create content not just for traditional search engines, but also optimized for AI-powered platforms, featured snippets, voice search, and generative search experiences.
You will work closely with the SEO and Demand Generation teams to create high-impact content that drives traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging content across a variety of formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and website copy.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to inform content creation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a deep understanding of target audiences.
- Masterfully edit and proofread your own work, ensuring impeccable grammar, style, and clarity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated content marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor content gap analysis and SERP research to improve content positioning.
- Track content performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions) and suggest optimization improvements.
- Stay at the forefront of content marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, including the latest advancements in AI-powered content creation and optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B content writing (preferably in SaaS, CX, BPO, or tech domains).
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for North American B2B leaders.
• Strong research and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of GEO (content structuring for AI-generated answers and LLM discoverability).
• Experience with SEO and content marketing best practices.
