B2B SaaS Sales Manager – Delhi NCR and Mumbai
Experience: min 7-8 Years
Compensation: Fixed + Performance-based Incentives
Based in Mumbai or Delhi NCR
LabelBlind®, India’s 1st Digital Food Labelling Solution, is on a mission to digitize and simplify food labelling compliance for domestic and global food markets. Our cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform is trusted by marketing, regulatory, and export teams across the food industry.
We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager in Mumbai and Delhi NCR to join our growth journey and take our transformative solution to more food businesses across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the sales pipeline with a proven approach of B2B sales funnel creation, review and closure
- Attend conferences, expos and meets to represent company and build a rolling sales funnel of active enquiries
- Experience in sales automation / CRM tools (Zoho) to manage pipeline
- Engage with senior and top-level management on the client side with confidence and clarity
- Execute monthly sales plans with measurable conversion metrics
- Conduct self-driven product demos
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches tailored to different buyer personas
- Manage negotiations
- Data conversant – reads data to proactively identify opportunities and challenges
You Must Have
- Proven track record of leading sales growth through self-drive, ideas, imagination
- System-oriented approach gained through working with Sales Pros in a high energy business environment
- min. 7-8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or regulatory tech
- Experience in interacting with and selling to CXO or functional heads
- Strong communication (written and oral)
- Strong negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results
- Strong grip on numbers and data
