🚀 We’re Hiring: B2B SaaS Sales Hustler (0 → 1 Growth)
Most sales roles give you leads.
This one expects you to create them.
At Coffeee.io, we’ve built a global AI-powered assessment platform that helps companies hire developers faster, smarter, and at a fraction of the cost.
Now we need someone who can build pipeline from scratch and turn it into revenue.
🎯 What You’ll Actually Do
- Hunt for leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (no spoon-fed lists)
- Build and run high-performing Apollo outbound sequences
- Create sharp LinkedIn & Instagram content that decision-makers actually respond to
- Turn cold outreach into demos → trials → paying customers
- Figure out growth hacks when budget = almost zero
🔥 This Role Is For You If
- You have 2–3 years in B2B SaaS sales / outbound / growth
- You’ve personally built pipeline (not just managed CRM updates)
- You can write emails/messages that get replies
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and ownership
- You’ve worked in a startup and know what “figure it out” means

- You depend on marketing for leads
- You’ve never used Sales Navigator or outbound tools hands-on
- You prefer structured playbooks over building from scratch
