About The Role
You will be a critical part of our revenue generation engine. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into qualified opportunities and ultimately into customers.
Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the organisation’s value proposition will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Prospect potential customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Nurture leads through targeted outreach and timely follow-ups to build interest and establish strong relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities by scheduling meetings or calls with internal subject matter experts within the organisation.
- Effectively communicate the organisation’s value proposition and coordinate product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead qualification and conversions.
- Support event-based lead generation activities, including coordination and ensuring smooth execution.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing tasks and timelines to ensure all activities are completed efficiently and on time.
- Leverage excellent communication skills to interact effectively with potential clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in event management or backstage coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools is desirable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
