Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager – SaaS Sales with experience in B2B software, CRM, or IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth through field and outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Conduct SaaS product demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales follow-up
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Work closely with marketing and product teams for lead generation and market expansion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Travel extensively (15-20 days/month) for client meetings, events, and business development activities
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Software Sales, CRM Sales, or IT Sales
- Strong experience in field sales and client acquisition
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience in SaaS product demos, outbound sales, and consultative selling
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable with frequent travel for business development activities
Preferred Background
Candidates from SaaS, CRM, ERP, IT services, software products, travel-tech, or enterprise solution sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Preferred Locations:
Priority hiring for Ahmedabad and Kochi regions. Delhi-NCR hiring will follow subsequently.
