Role: Inside Sales Executive – Outbound (B2B SaaS)
We are looking for a motivated
Inside Sales Executive to connect with business owners and introduce them to an AI-based Instagram automation solution that helps brands respond to customer comments and messages faster, preventing lead loss.
The role involves high-volume outbound calling, pitching product trials, and converting trial users into paid subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business leads from directories and databases
- Introduce and pitch a 7-day free trial of an Instagram automation tool
- Help prospects set up the trial during the first call
- Follow up with users during the trial period to encourage adoption
- Convert trial users into paid monthly subscribers
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM or tracking sheets
- Consistently achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling
- Experience in B2B sales or high-volume B2C sales preferred
- Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Confident in speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Exposure to SaaS, marketing tools, or subscription sales will be an advantage
