Role & Responsibilities
- Own a defined portfolio of B2B client accounts as the primary on-site relationship lead—drive retention, satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Build and execute account plans to expand revenue via upsell and cross-sell; prioritise high-impact opportunities and close deals with internal stakeholders.
- Forecast account revenue, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular, accurate reporting to leadership.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage renewals and SLAs, and ensure timely invoicing and resolution of commercial issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (recruitment, operations, delivery) to meet client SLAs, resolve escalations, and ensure on-time service delivery.
- Prepare and present business reviews and performance insights to clients; translate feedback into actionable service improvements and product/service proposals.
