About the Role
We are looking for a tech-forward, proactive Growth & Sales Operations Intern to help scale the outreach and content engine for a B2B SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute and monitor LinkedIn and Email outreach sequences using tools like Jeeva and Apollo.
- Conduct high-intent cold calls to qualify leads identified by our AI filters.
- Maintain our AI-powered CRM (LightField), ensuring all lead data, workflows, and follow-ups are executing correctly.
2. Content Creation & Lead Nurturing
- Use Notebook LM and CODA to develop newsletters, checklists, e-books, and whitepapers that educate our target audience.
- Assist in the setup and promotion of webinars to keep our contact database engaged.
- Leverage Blaze.ai and Pomelli to automate and curate social media content, focusing on personal branding and industry authority.
3. Sales Enablement & Demos (Bottom of Funnel)
- Participate in live demo meetings, eventually leading segments of the presentation for prospective clients.
- Manage and update interactive product tours via Guideflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A strong interest in AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new software (Apollo, CRM, Generative AI).
- Strong written and verbal English skills; you should be comfortable speaking with B2B stakeholders.
- Highly disciplined with the ability to manage multiple tools and outreach streams simultaneously.
