Role Overview
We are hiring a B2B Partnerships Manager to lead college partnership efforts for Analytics Shiksha. This person will be responsible for identifying target colleges, reaching out to decision-makers, setting up meetings, pitching our solution, handling follow-ups, and helping close partnerships.
This is a highly action-oriented, field-heavy, and outcome-driven role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting academic leaders, placement teams, department heads, and college management, and should know how to drive conversations from first meeting to pilot and closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build a target list of colleges, universities, institutes, and academic departments relevant for Analytics Shiksha offerings
• Reach out to Training & Placement Officers, Directors, Principals, HODs, Deans, and skill development teams
• Set up meetings, conduct in-person visits, and pitch Analytics Shiksha’s student upskilling and placement-readiness solutions
• Build and manage the full B2B partnership funnel from lead generation to closure
• Understand college needs and position the right solution accordingly
• Drive pilot conversations, commercial discussions, proposal sharing, and negotiation support
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline with prospects across calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
• Coordinate internally with founders, product, and operations teams for demos, proposals, and onboarding support
• Track pipeline, meeting outcomes, conversion stages, and weekly progress
• Build long-term relationships with academic institutions for repeat and expanded business
• Gather market intelligence on competing solutions, college expectations, pricing benchmarks, and decision-making patterns

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong B2B sales or partnership experience, preferably in edtech, skilling, training, SaaS, or education solutions
• Is comfortable with on-ground visits and institutional selling
• Can confidently speak with senior stakeholders in colleges and universities
• Has strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Understands how to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Is highly organized and can manage a partnership pipeline independently
• Is proactive, persistent, and execution-focused
• Can represent the brand professionally in meetings and presentations
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred Experience
• 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, partnerships, or business development
• Experience selling to colleges, universities, training institutes, or schools is highly preferred
• Experience in edtech, higher education, skilling, placements, or career-readiness solutions will be a major advantage
• Familiarity with college buying processes, academic stakeholders, and partnership cycles is a plus
