Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Partnership & Strategy Manager (Education) at our Bengaluru South location. The role involves identifying, building, and managing strategic B2B partnerships to drive growth and strengthen the company’s presence in the education industry. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating business development strategies, delivering investor-ready presentations, and facilitating successful collaboration opportunities with partners. The role also requires proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate business opportunities, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, negotiate agreements, and build lasting relationships.
- Experience in finance and a solid understanding of financial metrics and their application in strategic decision-making.
- Background in management consulting or general consulting is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in identifying and fostering mutually beneficial B2B partnerships.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with the education industry or ed-tech space is a plus.
