Role Overview
We are looking for B2B Partnerships & Deal Flow Interns who will contribute to Shikshart (an initiative backed by Sahind Technologies) by building and managing strategic partnerships.
This role involves outreach, relationship building, and deal flow management with colleges, E-Cells, and organizations to drive collaborations, events, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to colleges, E-Cells, and student communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners
- Generate and manage partnership leads (deal flow)
- Coordinate collaborations such as workshops, events, and internship programs
- Maintain structured data of outreach, leads, and partnerships
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into active collaborations
- Work closely with internal teams to execute partnerships effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Interest in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Self-driven with the ability to take initiative
- Organized and comfortable with tracking data (Excel/Sheets)
- Confidence in outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Experience in E-Cells, clubs, or outreach roles is a plus
Internship Details
- Type: Internship (Paid & Unpaid options available)
- Mode: Remote
- Duration: 1–3 months (extendable based on performance)
- Stipend: Performance-based (for paid roles)
