What makes the role meaty?
The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate day-to-day
financial records, managing books of accounts, bank reconciliations, and
supporting the finance team with auditing, taxation, and compliance
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime), SAP
- Perform daily cash book posting and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in the closure of Reconciling items by Understanding the Root Cause of those and Liaise with other Function of Finance for its timely resolution
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
We hope that you have..
- Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, SAP, MS Excel & financial analysis tools
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
