The Short Version
Who we’re looking for: Someone with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM who can identify high-value accounts, build targeted campaigns, and translate marketing efforts into a real business pipeline. You should be comfortable owning both the strategy and execution, and have a strong understanding of CRM, prospecting, and B2B content.
What the role is about: Building Kraftshala’s B2B marketing engine to engage companies that could hire our talent. You’ll own account targeting, ABM campaigns, LinkedIn / Email outreach, sales enablement content, CRM and marketing operations, and track how marketing converts target accounts into recruiter conversations and partnerships.
Why you should apply: This is a builder role — you’ll have the opportunity to create the B2B marketing playbook rather than inherit one. If you enjoy figuring out which accounts to target, what will get their attention, and how to turn that attention into business, you’ll get significant ownership and impact here.
About us: Kraftshala is India’s largest skilling institution in terms of marketing placements, with a 94% placement rate, and we are gunning to become the world’s largest career launchpad, across domains.
We’re backed by a number of eminent investors including ex-unicorn startup founders and CXOs of global giants like RedBus, NoBroker, Nestlé, and Performics.
The Detailed Version
What you’ll do:
Primary - Account-Based Marketing:
- Build and manage a tiered target account list across big brands, large agencies, FMCG, and top SaaS companies, with clear logic for prioritising each segment.
- Design and run segment-specific, account-based campaigns across email and LinkedIn, targeting the people who influence hiring decisions.
- Move accounts from cold to hiring-ready, and hand them over to the outreach team with the right context and insights.
Secondary - Sales Enablement:
- Build the sales-enablement content the outreach team needs for live conversations — case studies, testimonials, blogs, one-pagers, and talent briefs.
- Maintain a lean, credible B2B presence across the channels where hiring decision-makers spend their time.
What you’ll own:
- Own the B2B marketing funnel from target-account identification through account engagement and handoff to the outreach team.
- Build a repeatable ABM engine that can scale across priority segments and evolve based on what works.
- Ensure marketing efforts are closely connected to recruiter acquisition and business outcomes, rather than operating as a standalone brand function.
- Collaborate closely with sales/outreach and leadership to prioritise accounts, sharpen messaging, and improve the overall approach.
- Continuously measure, learn, and iterate based on account and campaign performance.
Must Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, growth marketing, or similar roles. (We’re not too fussed about the exact years of experience, as that’s just a proxy for your skill level, which is what we really care for.)
- Past roles could include B2B Marketing Manager/Associate, Demand Generation Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, ABM Manager, or similar roles in SaaS, EdTech, D2C, or other B2B businesses.
- Experience with:
- Building and executing B2B/ABM campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and email.
- Identifying and researching target accounts and decision-makers, and tailoring campaigns based on account needs.
- Using CRM, marketing automation and prospecting tools to manage campaigns and account engagement.
- Creating B2B marketing and sales-enablement content such as case studies, one-pagers, talent briefs, and reports.
- Tracking campaign performance and account-level engagement, with a clear focus on pipeline and business outcomes.
Good to Haves
- Experience working in a startup or lean team where you’ve had to build processes or campaigns from scratch.
- Experience marketing to enterprise/large accounts or working with multiple stakeholders in a B2B buying journey.
- Experience working closely with sales/business development teams to convert marketing activity into qualified opportunities.
Recruitment Process
As a small team, it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes, and will be a mix of online and offline meetings.
- Conversation 1: This will be a call with the HR Team to understand your profile briefly and share the details of the selection process.
- Technical Exercise: This is a specific assessment designed to evaluate your fit for this role
- Conversation 2: This will be a conversation with our Head of Operations wherein you can expect to have a discussion on the technical exercise along with specific competencies required for the role.
- Conversation 3: A conversation with our CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.
- Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer that will mention the relevant details.
