Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Manager located in Ahmedabad. The B2B Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. The role involves working closely with the team to meet business goals and foster strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Particular region
- Must have at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the study abroad industry.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with educational institutions, agents, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Have good Experience in B2B.
- Organize and conduct promotional events, seminars, and workshops to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to prospective students, including counseling on study abroad options, application procedures, and visa requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the study abroad sector.
- Strong understanding of the study abroad process, including admission requirements, visa procedures, and destination preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- knowledge of other regional languages would be an advantage.
