About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing e-commerce organisation operating across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other B2B channels. Our focus is on building a high-efficiency supply chain that supports both marketplace fulfilment and B2B dropship operations at scale.
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including order fulfilment, logistics coordination, PO management, and compliance, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to SLAs across all platforms.
1. Marketplace Operations
(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.)
- Manage inventory movement for Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Myntra SJIT
- Generate FNSKU labels and coordinate dispatch to fulfillment centers
- Raise and track Stock Transfer Requests (STRs)
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and SLAs
2. Courier & Logistics Management (3PL)
- Manage courier partners (e.g., Delhivery) for bulk shipments
- Oversee manifesting, dispatch planning, and pickup schedules
- Handle NDR follow-ups, RTO tracking, and escalations
3. Purchase Order (PO) & Proforma Invoice (PI) Management
- Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle from receipt to fulfilment
- Coordinate with vendors for dispatch planning and compliance
- Ensure accurate invoice creation and documentation
- Reconcile GRN vs PO and flag discrepancies
- Maintain PO tracker for timelines, pending quantities, and vendor performance
- Coordinate with Finance for approvals
4. Appointment & Delivery Management
- Book delivery appointments with warehouses/platforms
- Maintain updated warehouse details and contact points
- Ensure timely delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Track adherence and resolve delivery-related issues
5. Shipment Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare packing lists and attach invoice copies
- Ensure all required documents are included with shipments
- Follow platform-specific compliance requirements
6. Returns, RTV & Compliance
- Manage returns across marketplaces
- Handle Return to Vendor (RTV) processes and disputes
- Ensure adherence to QC and packaging standards
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketplace logistics & B2B fulfilment workflows
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra SJIT
- Strong knowledge of PO/PI processes, GRN reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, MIS reporting)
- High attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate (Supply Chain / Operations preferred)
- 2-4 years in logistics, warehouse, or marketplace operations
- Minimum 1 year in B2B fulfilment
- Strong experience in PO/PI workflows and vendor management
