Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to set up and execute our day-to-day lead generation strategy. This role will focus on building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, optimising outreach channels, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects aligned with our target industries and markets.
- Build and manage outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, and other platforms).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and targeting.
- Track, measure, and report lead generation performance and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Research new tools, platforms, and approaches to improve lead acquisition.
- Support the sales team with qualified leads and initial prospect insights.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Background in B2B is a plus.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting tools.
- Experience using lead tracking systems.
- Proven ability to build and manage consistent lead pipelines.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
