Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Automation
Sequence Management: Design, deploy, and optimize automated cold email sequences and lead nurture workflows.
Deliverability & Health: Monitor domain reputation, manage "warm-up" protocols, and ensure high deliverability rates across multiple sending accounts.
Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and CTA buttons to improve open and conversion rates.
Technical Setup: Manage integrations between email automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, or Apollo) and the central CRM.
2. LinkedIn Automation & Social Selling
Campaign Execution: Build and manage automated LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, and InMail) using tools like HeyReach, Expandi, or PhantomBuster.
Profile Optimization: Strategy development for "Social Selling" to ensure executive profiles are optimized for conversion and credibility.
Engagement Tracking: Monitor social engagement and transition warm LinkedIn leads into the email funnel or sales pipeline.
3. Data Research & Lead Intelligence
Prospecting: Utilize tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build highly targeted lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
Data Enrichment: Use scraping tools and manual research to find verified emails, direct dials, and "triggers" (e.g., recent funding, hiring, or news) for personalization.
Database Hygiene: Regularly clean and segment data to ensure high-quality outreach and prevent CRM bloat.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Lead Generation or Growth Marketing.
The Toolkit: * Automation: Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or Clay.
LinkedIn: Expert-level knowledge of Sales Navigator and automation safety limits.
Data: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Regex, and data cleaning).
Copywriting: Strong ability to write concise, "non-spammy" B2B copy that triggers responses.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a campaign’s "Open Rate" vs. "Reply Rate" and diagnose exactly where the funnel is leaking.
