Role OverviewWe are looking for a B2B Lead – Sales & Partnerships to drive institutional partnerships and strategic collaborations for Lets Unbound. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with schools, educational institutions, organizations, and corporate partners to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
This role requires strong business development skills, relationship management, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and close high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, and organizations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
- Conduct outreach through email, calls, networking, and industry events.
2. Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, and academic institutions.
- Build collaborations that create long-term value for both partners and Lets Unbound.
- Negotiate partnership terms and finalize agreements.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional partners.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and explore opportunities for expansion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations.
4. Sales Strategy & Growth
- Work with leadership to design B2B growth strategies.
- Track sales performance and partnership success metrics.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to execute partnerships effectively.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of partner institutions.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Experience working with schools, universities, or education organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualities- Experience in education, ed-tech, or mentorship platforms.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
