Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support business growth through outbound calls and online sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and explain company products/services
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
