Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a B2B Institutional Partnership Sales professional.
The role involves establishing and nurturing partnerships with publishing houses , institutions , educational groups to integrate Avishkaar's curriculum and solutions. You will generate leads, pitch innovative offerings, and build long-term relationships with institutions groups, administrators and educators. Responsibilities also include delivering presentations, identifying market opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and relationship management with B2B clients, publishing houses, educational groups & institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills..
- Familiarity with EdTech solutions or educational resources.
- Ability to manage projects, achieve sales targets, and identify emerging trends in the education sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software .
- Prior experience in education groups , publishing houses is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred.
