🚀 We're Hiring | B2B Inside Sales Specialist (International Process – Irish Market)
📍 Location: Kochi
🕜 Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
💼 Experience: 0–3 Years (International B2B Sales experience preferred)
Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound B2B calls to business decision-makers.
✅ Understand client requirements and build strong business relationships.
✅ Present and promote company solutions with a consultative sales approach.
✅ Handle objections professionally and close opportunities.
✅ Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
✅ Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance.
🔹 We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in B2B Telesales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting (International sales experience is an advantage).
✔ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and business decision-makers.
✔ Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
✔ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
