Propack Technologies is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and process engineering industry.
We are seeking professionals with strong B2B industrial sales experience who can confidently handle technical discussions, understand manufacturing requirements, and support customers with process-focused engineering solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and generate new business opportunities
- Handle technical discussions with pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients
- Understand customer process requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical support
- Manage customer relationships and follow-up activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical discussions
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and business development activities
- Support lead conversion and sales growth initiatives
- Build long-term relationships with pharma manufacturing companies
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
✔ 3–8 years experience in B2B industrial sales
✔ Experience in pharma machinery / manufacturing / engineering industry preferred
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Technical understanding of process systems and manufacturing equipment
✔ Ability to handle client meetings and negotiations
✔ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
✔ Strong coordination and relationship-building skills
QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
✔ Pharma/process equipment industry exposure preferred
IMPORTANT NOTE
✔ Only candidates from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane region will be considered.
✔ Candidates with manufacturing/pharma/engineering sales background will be preferred.
