We are expanding fast and looking for a relentless B2B Growth Specialist to be the engine of our client acquisition.
The Role
Are you a natural networker with a "hunter" mentality who thrives when given full autonomy? This is a purely Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for a self-starter. Reporting directly to the Growth Manager, you will be entirely responsible for your own pipeline and execution.
We are looking for an aggressive, strategic Growth Specialist to identify, connect with, and qualify high-potential B2B buyers who need our end-to-end global sourcing solutions. You will be the first point of contact for D2C founders, established retail distributors, and large-scale importers, matching their business needs with our service tiers (from our Rs. 3,999 Starter package to full-scale container importing).
What You Will Do
Targeted Prospecting: Build and own a robust pipeline of ideal B2B clients across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale sectors.
Independent Execution: Run high-conversion outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and direct calling with minimal hand-holding.
Qualification: Vet prospects to ensure they have the capital, intent, and operational capacity to partner with AMECK.
Pipeline Management: Keep a meticulously organized CRM, track your conversion metrics, and continuously refine your outreach strategy independently.
Market Intelligence: Act as the frontline ear to the market. Gather insights on client pain points, desired product categories, and pricing objections to report directly back to the Growth Manager.
Who You Are
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (experience in SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain is a massive plus).
Self-Driven IC: You do not need to be micromanaged. You take ownership of your targets, manage your own time effectively, and execute independently.
Fearless Communicator: You do not hesitate to pick up the phone. You know how to bypass gatekeepers and command the attention of decision-makers.
Commercially Aware: You understand the fundamentals of e-commerce profit margins, inventory challenges, and the complexities of international trade.
Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with modern sales tech stacks (CRM software, LinkedIn prospecting, email automation tools).

Phase 1: 45-Day Probation (Unpaid)** This rigorous evaluation period includes product training, global sourcing insights, and establishing your lead pipeline. Demonstrate your independent lead-generation abilities.
Phase 2: Full-Time Offer
Upon probation completion and target KPI achievement, transition to a full-time role with a fixed base salary of ₹3,00,000 LPA.
Phase 3: Uncapped Earning Potential
Benefit from a highly aggressive, uncapped commission structure based on the successful closure of sourcing deals. The greater the volume of deals you generate, the higher your earnings.
