We’re looking for a hands-on B2B marketer who can own pipeline generation end-to-end — from awareness to qualified leads to revenue.
This role is a mix of:
- Demand Generation (top + mid funnel)
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- With a performance mindset from B2C lead gen
If you’ve run campaigns that actually moved pipeline (not just impressions), this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
1.Demand Generation-
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other B2B channels
- Build lead pipelines through paid, organic, and outbound support
- Own metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline value
2.Account-Based Marketing (ABM)-
- Identify and segment high-value target accounts
- Run personalized campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Email sequences
- Retargeting
- Work closely with sales to drive account-level engagement
3.Performance Marketing (B2B + B2C mindset)-
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta if needed)
- Bring B2C-level performance rigor into B2B funnels
- Constant testing: creatives, messaging, audiences
4.Funnel & Conversion Optimization-
- Improve landing pages, CTAs, lead forms
- Work on lead quality → conversion to SQL
- Track full funnel: click → lead → meeting → revenue
5.Collaboration-
- Work with sales team on targeting and feedback loops
- Align campaigns with product positioning and messaging
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years experience in B2B marketing / demand gen / growth
- Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn Ads (must)
- Google Ads (search + display)
- Basic ABM frameworks
- Experience in lead gen funnels (B2B or B2C)
- Ability to think in numbers, not vanity metrics
- Comfortable owning pipeline targets, not just campaigns
Good to Have:
- Experience in SaaS / services / finance / startups
- Exposure to tools like:
- HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce
- Apollo / Clay / outreach tools
- Experience with email marketing / outbound
