About the RoleWe at RoomAdda are looking for proactive and driven B2B Growth and Partnerships Interns to expand our property network by onboarding PGs and rental accommodations onto our platform. This role focuses on B2B sales, where interns will interact directly with property owners and managers to build partnerships and grow RoomAdda’s inventory. This internship offers hands-on exposure to field sales, negotiations, and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach PG owners, property managers, and landlords for onboarding onto the RoomAdda platform.
- Explain RoomAdda’s value proposition, services, and partnership benefits to potential partners.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate properties and gather necessary details (pricing, amenities, availability, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate terms of onboarding and close partnerships effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, owner interactions, and onboarding status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth listing and activation of properties.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits.
- Interest in sales, business development, and the real estate/accommodation sector.
