Requirement:
We are looking for a B2B Growth & Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to generate qualified inbound leads for service businesses.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused on impressions or engagement metrics. Your success will be measured by qualified leads, booked calls, and pipeline growth.
You should have strong experience running LinkedIn Ads, paid acquisition campaigns, organic growth strategies, and marketing automation for international B2B markets, especially the US.
We want someone who understands how to sell services online through marketing systems.
Key Responsibility:
Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Design and execute strategies to generate qualified B2B leads from international markets.
- Optimize campaigns to increase booked calls and sales opportunities, not just traffic.
Paid Advertising
- Launch and scale LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns targeting decision-makers.
- Create and test high-converting ad creatives and landing page funnels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for Cost per Qualified Lead (CPL).
Organic Growth
- Build LinkedIn organic marketing strategies to attract inbound leads.
- Develop content that positions the company as an authority in its category.
Marketing Automation
- Set up automated lead capture and nurturing workflows.
- Integrate CRM and automation tools to improve lead-to-meeting conversion.
Growth Experiments
- Run experiments across ads, messaging, funnels, and automation to improve lead quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is obsessed with generating leads and revenue, not just marketing activity.
You should have:
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation or performance marketing
- Strong experience running LinkedIn Ads for service businesses
- Experience generating leads for international or US markets
- Deep understanding of B2B funnels and lead qualification
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROI and pipeline growth
Skills
- Experience marketing offshore services / B2B agencies
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier
- Experience running ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns
- Understanding of B2B sales pipelines
