We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused B2B Food/Dairy Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and managing commercial aspects in the food & dairy sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Communicate professionally with B2B customers via phone, email, and other channels

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions

* Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal QA, production, and logistics teams for resolution

* Support commercial processes including product costing, quotations, and order follow-ups

* Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal stakeholders

* Maintain proper documentation and records related to customer interactions and issues

* Support business development and repeat order management

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

* Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

* Prior experience in the food/dairy industry is preferred

* Understanding of B2B sales, customer service, or commercial operations is an advantage

🔹 Qualification

* B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology (or equivalent qualification)
