We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can take complete ownership of brand growth, business development, sales strategy, and team leadership across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and sales strategies across all Voyra verticals.
- Build and strengthen Voyra's brand presence through digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, influencer collaborations, and offline initiatives.
- Lead the growth of the B2B Travel Partnerships vertical by driving agent acquisition, partnerships, onboarding, retention, and revenue generation.
- Create and optimize sales and marketing funnels to improve lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Establish CRM systems, reporting structures, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Plan and execute campaigns for Visa, Events, and Travel verticals while ensuring consistent brand positioning and customer experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement growth roadmaps, budgets, and expansion strategies.
- Drive business growth while maintaining a strong focus on brand value, customer trust, and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Growth, or Business Development roles.
- Proven experience in building and scaling teams, processes, and revenue-generating functions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, and sales strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, events, or service industry will be an added advantage.
