Role Introduction
Field Marketing supports regional demand generation efforts and drive pipeline growth for our B2B sales teams. This role sits within the Marketing Operations team, ensuring that field marketing initiatives are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with corporate strategy. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and operations to plan and execute localized marketing programs that engage prospects and accelerate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional field marketing plans that support sales goals and target high-value accounts.
- Plan and manage events, webinars, executive roundtables, roadshows, and other in-person/virtual programs to drive pipeline.
- Align closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure field campaigns are timely, targeted, and effective.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to execute and report on campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to tailor messaging to local/regional audiences.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and vendors for events and programs.
- Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts in key markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing, demand gen, or marketing ops.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, sales funnel, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, event tools, analytics platforms.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
