We are looking for a high-energy Individual Contributor to drive our B2B gifting vertical. You won’t just be selling products; you’ll be architecting premium gifting experiences for major corporate clients and building a legacy of long-term partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience: 1–3 years in Corporate Gifting or Institutional B2B Sales.
* LinkedIn Pro: You must know how to navigate LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and social selling. If you aren’t comfortable building a brand on LinkedIn, this isn’t the role for you.
* Hustle: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets independently.
* Negotiation: Expert at handling RFPs and closing high-value Key Account deals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate leads (primarily via LinkedIn and direct outreach).
* Deal Closure: Lead negotiations on pricing and terms for major RFPs and annual gifting contracts.
* Relationship Management: Act as the face of Smith & Blake for key accounts, ensuring premium after-sales care.
* Strategy: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to outpace market competitors.
* Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure won deals are delivered with precision.
